Poor people look at their able brothers for help. They know that rich and affluent persons can provide them food, clothing and shelter. They believe that Allah would ask Muslims of the world to come forward for their help and they are right in thinking so.
Muslim charity organizations from across the world are working hard to help poor people. These groups are helping people suffering from wars and natural calamities. These groups are present everywhere from one corner of the globe to another. They don’t know political boundaries as they work for humanity and not for specific group or area.
How a charity group chooses its work area?
A group determines its area of working on its strength. A large group can carry out development work across the globe but a small group might not have the resources needed for carrying out big development projects. There are many groups and every group has something to show.
When an organization wants to carry out a development work, it first prepares a blueprint of the work and then collects funds needed for carrying out the task. The work starts after collecting the funds. For funds, it approaches members of Muslim brotherhood.
There are many groups that do charity and more groups are coming up but not all are reliable. Some selfish persons want to take advantage of charity. They want to divert funds donated for charity for their personal development. The donors have to be careful from these groups. It is the responsibility of donors to give funds to genuine and responsible charity groups.
